Pesto Sauce
This basil pesto sauce is great over chicken, tofu, or pasta.
Makes ~1 cup sauce
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh basil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tbsp pine nuts
3 garlic cloves
DIRECTIONS:
Mix ingredients in a blender or food processor
