Orange Beef and Broccoli

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb boneless sirloin steak
2 tbsp safflower oil
1 jalapeno chile, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small head broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces
zest and juice of 1 orange
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large frying pan
