Italian Tilapia

Quick and easy, this recipe takes only ~20 minutes.
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
2 medium-sized tilapia fillets (any thin-ish fish fillet may be substituted, i.e. dover sole)
4 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp fresh oregano, finely chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried oregano)
1 1/2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried parsley)
3 tsp fresh basil, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried basil)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 lemon wedges (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt butter
- Add herbs, garlic, and lemon juice to butter, mix well.
- Place fish in an oven-safe dish, pour butter mixture over fish.
- Broil for ~10 mins, or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Squeeze lemon wedges over fish before serving. (optional)
- Enjoy!
Suggested sides: Near East Original Rice Pilaf and steamed asparagus.
