This is my Mom’s favorite sugar cookie recipe, and let me tell you from experience: they are delicious!!!
Makes ~3 dozen cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
2 eggs
8 tsp milk
3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Beat first 5 ingredients until smooth

1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs (remember, cage free!)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups flour
2 tsps baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Thoroughly cream butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla
